We help assess and configure an existing agent platform before recommending a custom build. The scope covers account readiness, approved integrations, working instructions, permission boundaries, one agreed task, and a handoff your team can use. Software subscriptions and usage charges are separate from implementation.
Platforms we can assess include OpenAI dots with Codex, xAI Grok Bot, Claude Duet, and Hermes Agent. We confirm your account access and the required connections before accepting a platform-specific scope. We do not promise identical capabilities across platforms.
As of October 24, 2026, Claude Duet is a research preview available by waitlist to US Pro and Max users. Team and Enterprise plans are not included yet. Preview access and features can change; check the current eligibility. An evaluation is not a production reliability guarantee.
Acceptance means your team can run the agreed task, review the output, recognize a failure, and pause access. The $2,500 offer applies only when the agreed work fits its single-workflow scope; platform migrations and organization-wide rollouts are quoted separately.
A useful agent starts with a defined job
A weekly founder update, lead-research brief, meeting follow-up, or draft customer reply can have a clear input and a reviewable output. These are candidate workflows, not a promise that every integration fits the same package. We choose the job and confirm access together.
What a reviewable agent does
The agent reads the sources you authorize, prepares a draft, and presents it for review. A person approves, edits, or rejects it before an external action. The scope defines where it must stop, how failures are handled, and who owns the workflow after handoff.
The first install: $2,500
One recurring workflow, connected to one or two existing tools. One live draft in your workspace in seven days, with the clock starting when access is granted. The install includes 14 days of fixes after handoff. It excludes a second workflow, custom model training, unattended sending, and HIPAA or SOC 2 programs.
Payment follows the delivery milestones
$1,250 to start after intake, then $1,250 when the first live draft is waiting for approval in your channel. Optional care is $500 a month after the initial fix window. More complex integrations or multiple workflows need a separate scope.
Built around your team, not a model name
We select the model and integration approach for the job. Your team receives the workflow, the review process, and a way to pause it. Chicago meetings are available by arrangement; the implementation can happen remotely.

Is this a chatbot?
The service focuses on recurring work with defined inputs and a deliverable. A conversational interface may be part of the system, but the scope is the job it completes.
Will the agent send emails on its own?
The Reviewable Agent offer requires human approval before sending, posting, or writing back. Unattended sending is outside that package.
What if we need several agents?
We first define the workflows and shared dependencies. Multiple workflows require a separate scope, which may fit a $12,000 implementation sprint or a larger buildout.
