Purple Orange AI / Chicago services
AI agent maintenance for Chicago teams.
An agent can pass its launch test and still drift when tools, people, and policies change. We help keep one running workflow observable, reviewable, and owned by your team.
Watch the work, not just uptime
A green server check does not tell you whether the agent used the right source or produced a useful draft. We look at runs, rejected output, exceptions, tool failures, approval delays, and the cost of keeping the workflow active.
The owner needs a way to pause the agent and an agreed path for deciding whether a failure is a prompt fix, a data problem, an integration change, or a new scope.
Changes need a review path
When a form field moves, a model changes behavior, or a teammate leaves, the agent's instructions and permissions may need work. We record what changed, test it against representative cases, and keep the approval boundary visible before the updated workflow runs again.
The team keeps access to the instructions, runbook, and operating evidence. This is maintenance of a specific working process, not an open-ended promise to make every AI output perfect.
The $500 monthly care plan
For a Reviewable Agent we install, the optional care plan starts after the 14-day fix window. It is $500 per month for monitoring, prompt changes, and model upgrades. It is month to month and can be canceled.
A new workflow, new integration, security program, or round-the-clock incident response is outside that plan. If another provider built your agent, we first assess access, logs, and ownership, then quote any takeover work separately.
Start with an agent you can show us
Bring one real run, the expected output, a recent failure or correction, and the name of the person who approves changes. We can assess whether the current setup is maintainable or whether the workflow needs repair before a care plan makes sense.
Max is based in Chicago and can meet in person by arrangement. Ongoing work can happen remotely inside your approved tools.
Our own operating evidence
Purple Orange Agent shows scheduled work, source context, and a human review step in our own product. It is evidence of our design approach, not a customer maintenance outcome or a guarantee that another agent can be taken over without changes.

Questions before you book
Is the care plan required after installation?
No. Your team owns the agent. The care plan is optional after the included 14-day fix window.
Can you maintain an agent someone else built?
Possibly. We need to inspect its access, logs, instructions, and ownership first. Takeover work receives its own scope and price.
Does monitoring mean 24/7 support?
No. Response expectations and support hours must be agreed in writing. The standard care plan does not promise round-the-clock incident response.
Show us the agent that needs care
We will look at one workflow, its owner, and the failures the team actually sees. The first call determines whether maintenance, repair, or a fresh install is the honest next step.
