Fixed-scope install

A reviewable agent. Live in 7 days.

$2,500 fixed · one workflow

It drafts the work. It does not send, post, or write back until you approve. That is the product.

The week

Clock starts when you grant access. If access is late, the week waits.

Day 1

Intake call. Pick the workflow. Name the person who approves.

Days 2–3

Connect the tools. Write the agent. Dry-run on our side.

Day 4

Dry-run in your workspace. Nothing external.

Day 5

First live draft in your channel. You approve or reject.

Day 6

One revision from that review.

Day 7

Handoff: pause switch, how to change the prompt, who to ping.

What day 5 looks like

Violema is our own product, built on the same architecture this install uses. The work gets drafted. The send waits for a human.

Violema product workspace showing the founder chat surface, a completed Weekly founder update mission, the context inspector with mission summary and schedule, the control layer, and the mission plan.
A live run in Violema, held at the review gate: the draft exists, the send belongs to you.

Money

$1,250 to start, invoiced after the intake. Card or bank transfer. $1,250 when the first live draft is sitting in your channel waiting for approve or reject.

Fixes means the workflow does what we agreed on day 1. A new step, a new tool, or a changed process is the care plan or a new scope.

After the 14 days of fixes, an optional care plan: $500 a month for monitoring, prompt changes, and model upgrades. Month to month, cancel any time.

Capacity is three installs a month, built by one operator. The intake calendar shows what is open.

Larger sprints still exist. They are the second yes, after one agent is already in production. See other packages.

Before you book

What if day 7 comes and nothing is live?

The second $1,250 is only invoiced once a live draft is sitting in your channel. No draft, no second invoice. If access arrived late, the week shifts with it.

Which tools can you connect?

Most installs pair Slack or email with the system the work lives in: Notion, HubSpot, Airtable, Sheets. If your pair is unusual, the intake call settles it with a straight yes or no.

Who sees our data?

The agent runs with access you grant, scoped to the one workflow. Drafts stay in your workspace, and it runs on API access where your data is not used for model training. You get a pause switch at handoff.

What happens after the 14 days of fixes?

The agent is yours and keeps running. If you want a human watching it, the care plan covers that. Skip it and you can still email us.

I do not know which workflow to pick.

That is what the intake is for. Bring the recurring tasks you resent most and we pick the one with a clear draft-and-approve shape. Usually obvious in ten minutes.

The intake costs nothing. If the workflow is a bad fit for a gate, we say so on the call.
